Contact

WingGate is a self-hosted service without a dedicated sales or support desk. The channels below are the real ones; this page does not promise a faster path that does not exist.

Technical support

For usage questions, connector trouble, host key mismatches, authorization failures and MCP or SSH problems, first check the support page. For anything it does not cover, reach out to the operator of the deployment you use, with what you tried, the exact symptom, and which troubleshooting steps you already checked.

Security disclosure

Security-relevant fixes are disclosed by your deployment operator and in the documentation that owns the affected contract. If you believe you have found a security issue, report it to your deployment operator or the project maintainer directly rather than posting it publicly.

Business and paid support

There is no separate business contact channel, paid support tier or procurement process for WingGate today. If your organization needs one, monitor the project for a later announcement; this page will not imply a channel that is not staffed.

Deployment and operations

WingGate is self-hosted: the operator who deploys and runs your WingGate service is responsible for its availability, updates and backup. If you use a deployment you did not set up, reach out to that operator for deployment-level issues; WingGate itself has no central support desk for individual deployed instances.

When none of the channels above apply, the single best entry point is the operator of your deployment, who runs the instance you use.
